SANDYYANG MEDIA AND DUPLICATOR STORE RETURN POLICY
- Return package MUST have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number provided by Sandyyang's technician . Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense.
- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request for a different RMA number for your returns.
- All RMA requests must be made within 14 days from the invoice date. NO refund or exchange after 14 days.
- All returns must be received within 10 days from the RMA number issued date.
- The use of a carrier that can track packages is strongly recommended when returning merchandise. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Sandyyang will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
- No refund or exchange is available for DVD blank media because of the compatibility with the burner, which is not list on the item compatibility list.
- No refund for opened CD/DVD Duplicators and CD/DVD Printers.
- No refund/exchange of any item unless it is defective.
- All warranty/refund/exchange periods start on the invoice date.
- All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories. A copy of the invoice must be included in returning package.
- Shipping and handling, insurance, and labor fee will not be refunded in any case. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance; Hence Sandyyang will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.
- Please allow 8-10 business days to process your return.
- Sandyyang reserves the right to refuse service that has violated our return policies.
- Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.
- For replacements, Sandyyang ships back to the Customer via UPS Ground in the continental US. In non-continental US, customer pays for shipping both ways.
- Under no condition, Sandyyang will cross-ship any item.
- 30% restocking charge on current market price for merchandise in resellable condition returned in 14 days.
- Removal of warranty labels and/or serial number will void all warranty.
- All claims for damage, missing items or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.
- Sandyyang is not responsible for typographical errors in this web site or any of our advertisements
- Expected turn-around-time for all exchanges is 10 days. Although Sandyyang will strive to process claims within 4-5 business days, shortage of inventory, overload or other special circumstances might delay the process.
